The primary component consists of:
-Snore Screener (SS): a measurement aid to screen for best mandibular position associated with quieter snoring.
-15 Mandibular Positioning Simulators (MPS) housed in a cassette:
A set of blocks or simulators that let the clinician & patient test various combinations of horizontal (protrusion) and vertical (opening) positions to find the most comfortable and effective for airway opening.
-The secondary component includes 9 Vertical Titration Keys (VTKs):
Record (bite registration) the selected position and provide vertical adjustment (titration) for the oral appliance.
Will work with any sleep appliance.
