E-Sanit 18L/23L

-This Small Steam Sterilizer is designed for application in a medical context, e.g. general practitioners and dental practices.

-According to EN 13060, this steam sterilizer is considered as a steam sterilizer with type 8 cycles. As a universal steam sterilizer, it is suited to highly-demanding sterilization tasks. It can be used for a range of tasks such as the sterilization of large quantities of instruments with narrow lumen and transmission instruments-both wapped or unwrapped-and of textiles

-This product employs a mechanical vacuum to exclude indoor cold air. The sterilization process is based on moist heat, utilizing saturated hot and wet steam as the sterilization factor. The sterilization environment is characterized by high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity. The sterilization of items that can be penetrated by steam is achieved through the application of a specific combination of pressure and time

-Available in 2 different capacities: 18L and 23L

-Place the end of the drain pipe into the waste water collection container, which is not higher than the waste water outlet of the sterilizer.
The waste water collection container shall not be higher than the waste water outlet of the sterilizer.

-User-friendly LCD touch panel: showing real-time data accurate to 1 kPa

-8 programs meet diverse user needs while ensuring the utmost effectiveness:
Pattern M1, Type of sterilization cycle B, Cycle completion time 50 min: Suitable for sterilization of heat-resistant items with packaging. Such as the standard load simulation for metal screw with paper-plastic bag, cavity instruments and fabric load with a cloth.

Pattern M2, Type of sterilization cycle N, Cycle completion time 35 min: For sterilization of unpackaged, heat-resistant bare metal items. For example, the standard simulated load is solid metal screws.

Pattern M3, Type of sterilization cycle N, Cycle completion time 45 min:Rubber, unwrapped solid items that are not resistant to high temperatures of 134°C.

Pattern M4, Type of sterilization cycle B, Cycle completion time 60 min: Rubber that is not resistant to 134°C high temperature, unpacked or packed solid, cavity items, fabrics.

Pattern M5, Type of sterilization cycle B, Cycle completion time 60 min: For packages containing bacteria that are harder to kill, instruments. High temperature resistant unpacked or packed solid, cavity items, fabrics.

-In the normal sterilization cycle, the sterilizer shall not have abnormal noise, and its noise is not more than 70dB (A weight).

-Total heat in Joules transferred to the surrounding air by the steriliser during one hour of continuous operation at an ambient temperature of (23±3)°C:37.8KJ/h

-The water needs to meet the requirements of EN 13060:2014+A1:2018 Appendix C
-Maximum discharge: 210kPa, 1.4L/min "Maximum drainage temperature 80°C

-Built-in printer (Optional): Take up less desk space and ensure two methods for data storage
